Preservation Chicago has been asked by the owner’s of the Richard Nickel House, located at 1810 W Cortland in Bucktown, to market the property to someone who has an appreciation for the legacy of Mr. Nickel’s work as both a renown architectural photographer and architectural preservationist. They should also have the desire and financial means to rehab the building and save it for future generations to enjoy….
